Ms. Crittenden is one of the most hardworking people. She puts all of her efforts into providing quality education to her students and school. Teaching preschool for the deaf, she often has students who have minimal exposure to language. Ms. Crittenden takes the time to teach her students the fundamentals of language. She also goes above and beyond to provide a quality preschool education. She takes the time to help her students understand what she's teaching by using many different methods and catering to every student's needs. She never lets a student feel unnoticed or unloved.
Ms. Crittenden has taken time out of her day to check on her coworkers to offer help, even when she is struggling.
"There have been many times when I was having a bad day, and Lacey would take her break time to check on me and make sure I was doing okay," said Sorensen.
