Molly Schack was nominated by Anita Pulkki, the parent of a student.

"Molly helped my daughter learn so much. She not only helped her learn how to play her new trumpet, but also how much she can do when she puts her mind to something," said Pulkki. "We moved to this school when my daughter was in sixth grade. She never had any previous band experience. Molly helped my daughter realize that you can push yourself to catch up to others if you want it bad enough."
