Music that Describes Claudia
Claudia Waldron was nominated by an anonymous colleague.
"As adults, we spend much of our waking lives in the workplace, which means our lives are heavily impacted by the actions and dispositions of our co-workers," said the anonymous colleague. "I could use a variety of positive and meaningful words to describe Claudia Waldron and the impact she has on both the lives of her colleagues and students, but none would suitably describe who she is and how she impacts the lives of those around her."
While an all-inclusive definition is almost impossible, when you meet her, the connection is almost immediate, and you know it will be a good day because Mrs. Waldron is in your life.
Mrs. Waldron is a positive light for her colleagues and students. She is empathetic, kind, and accepting, and she pours her heart into her students and school. Mrs. Waldron constantly searches for ways to encourage students in and out of the classroom. She coordinates inclusive events and campaigns that reach all students on both a physical and emotional level, and she never asks or searches for recognition for herself. The experiences, life lessons, and relationships Mrs. Waldron has built throughout her career have undoubtedly positively impacted her colleagues and students. Her influence will stay with them throughout their lives and encourage them in future endeavors.
"I am honored to call her a colleague, a friend, and an amazing mentor," said the anonymous colleague. "I feel these qualities, among others, more than qualify Claudia Waldron for the LifeChanger of the Year Award!"
