"Tina Thrift really takes great care and pride when it comes to her students. She's my daughter's teacher this school year. When my daughter had to be out of school due to surgery, Ms. Thrift checked on her daily. She works with my daughter at the end of the school day to make sure she's learning her sight words and other lessons she may be needing extra help with. Tina is an all-around great teacher and colleague to work with," said Cook. "She just shows lots of joy and cares for her students daily."
