Ms. Juel is a LifeChanger! When her district had a need for their autistic and most behaviorally-challenged students, she created a Day School for them. Every day, she exemplifies excellence in meeting her students' social, emotional, and academic needs. She works to meet each student where they are and helps them prepare for real life through the use of project-based learning and a variety of virtual STEM programs. She received her district's Teacher of the Year award and is a current candidate for Kansas Teacher of the Year. Ms. Juel has spent 28 years touching lives and continues to change the world around her by being an amazing educator.
