Ms. Shaw is such a warm and sweet individual. To know her is to love her. She absolutely adores the students she works with at her middle school. They love her, also. Ms. Shaw is the Treasurer of the Georgia Association of Educators. On a continuous basis, she has advocated for public education and students' well being. She has traveled to the Georgia Capital to speak with legislators about bills that would hurt her state's students. She has traveled across the state ensuring that the members of the organization understood the budget and how they play a part in the bottom line. She is a true professional with an open door type of policy. She will always listen. She changes students and educators' lives by her actions.
