"She has brought the counseling department from the dark ages closer to the ASCA national model. No longer are the counselors responsible for certain tasks that are not counselor related. Although the counselors still have ways to go, Dr. Dunn continues to work on their behalf with those who control the pen. All know that when a Clayton County counselor leaves the county, they are well trained and well sought after. Under her leadership, she encourages excellence, high expectations, strong compassion, and empathy for our students."
