Marisol Galarza was nominated by her principal, Richard Salcido.
Ms. Galarza makes a positive impact on a daily basis for middle school students at Ann M. Garcia-Enriquez Middle School. She has a nurturing heart that students need for their social and emotional learning. Ms. Galarza has been able to pivot through uncharted territory coming out of the COVID-19 global pandemic, and she does so with a smile. No matter what issue, big or small, Ms. Galarza treats each student with the utmost sincerity and passion.
"Ms. Galarza seeks to educate our Eagles to be the best versions of themselves and embrace their unique individuality. She provides the necessary resources for them to be college and future-ready," said Salcido. "Ms. Galarza is an instrumental part of leadership and working with our community, bringing in speakers and agencies on topics that assist our parents and students to succeed both in and out of school. We are fortunate to have Ms. Galarza as a valuable team member, and we're thankful for her positive impact on our campus."
