"Ms. Salmon is a dedicated professional; she gives 100% to her career," explains her colleague. "In addition to a full day of teaching, she continues her pursuit of excellence by obtaining an advanced degree in education in the evenings. Last year was her first year in Kindergarten, and the difference can be seen in her former students. They are demonstrating word attack skills that former students did not. She continues to make a difference by demonstrating a 'can do' attitude."

First of all, I want to congratulate Shellian Salmon. She’s a teacher extraordinaire. Mrs Salmon has great interest in moving her students from one grade level to the next. He’s always punctual for work and is always seeking the best teaching strategies to get her students involved in the lessons. Mrs Salmon is a loving teacher who also care for her babies that she teaches. Mrs Salmon certainly deserve this award.
Shellian is a very committed and dedicated educator, who is passionate about her Job. She goes above and beyond to ensure that are her students are successful.As a former college mate, I can say Shellian is always aspiring for growth and development in her Career. And she will stop at nothing in pursuing advanced knowledge and skills that will assist her in executing content to her students in an effective manner. Her classroom is always vibrant and student friendly which makes it welcoming for learning.
I fully concur that Mrs. Salmon is a very hard working and dedicated teacher. We have been friends for many years and she has always been committed to her students academic and holistic development, molding young minds is her greatest passion.

I can attest to her zeal to ensure that her students are taken care of by spending her free time planning meaningful lessons to make sure that her students are provided with a wholistic learning experience.
