Seth Daub was nominated by his colleague, Erin Albert.

Mr. Daub has been an administrator for 12 years and is a "turnaround principal." Last year, he moved OCPS Academic Center for Excellence by 110 points and brought the community together in many different aspects.

"We have college classes with future teachers taking place on our K-8 campus. College students can learn a concept and then pour it right into our students, all in one location," said Albert.

Mr. Daub has also brought multiple police agencies together to ensure community support regarding student and community safety. Quarterly meetings with partners and community members allow the Parramore community to flourish into the amazing place it is known to be. 

Outside of the day-to-day role of a principal, he also sits on numerous boards and committees, helping future school leaders grow into their roles. Mr. Daub is constantly working with peers, students, parents, and community members to help them grow into their best selves. He is a true LifeChanger!

I can't think of anyone more deserving than Mr. Daub. He leads by example within the school and community. He goes above and beyond to make sure the students, their families, and his staff are taken care, celebrated, and respected.

He plans, organizes, and implements everything with excellence. I am so proud and humbled to be a part of his team. He definitely deserves this award. I love being his secretary. He goes above and beyond for his students and staff. He will literally give his last to anyone in need. His heart is so pure and he always wants to see everyone doing and at their best. He is so easy to talk to and he listens with an open heart and mind so that he can give you the best advice.He's been the same man since i was in high school and i adored him then and i adore him now.
