"Mrs. Roland has been such a great resource for our entire school. I have seen her jump into action with any concerns our teachers have. She has been a shoulder for so many students. She has facilitated for organizations to help students in need. Mrs. Roland has hosted Kindness Week for our school. She has not only supported students, but has advocated for self-care for our teachers, as well. She has been such a positive light to all," said the colleague.
