Mrs. Welch is such an caring and fanomial teacher. She pours her heart and soul into her students every day. Mrs. Welch is a mentor to new teachers and fosters collaboration between her coworkers. We are so blessed to have her at our school!

Mrs Welch taught 2 of my children and they love her..she is always compassionate,loving, understanding not only her students but also their parents..I have known her since a small child and anytime you are around her you just feel loved and safe my kids felt the same thing!!

Mrs. Dana is so sweet and attentive to her students. Simple things such as fixing their plates, choosing what items they wanted on their plates as they head through the lunch line, can be very repetitive. Mrs. Dana would help encourage her students to make their own healthy choices. She would make the choices sound so exciting. She is always so attentive and patient with them while guiding their steps.
We recently moved to this school and Mrs. Welch has made the transition so comforting. She keeps in close contact about progress and goes above and beyond with learning strategies and games. I appreciate all that she does for our school & community!
This is my first year teaching at BES. Mrs. Welch is my mentor teacher this year and has helped me navigate being a teacher at BES. She is patient, kind and caring to everyone in the building. She truly is an amazing teacher and coworker.
