From their first day in the program, students, especially those with significant challenges, are propelled into a mindset of success and opportunity. Mrs. Kelly's leadership of the program rallies all of our instructors to ensure our students meet their goals and exceed their own expectations. Our students are tempered to compete within any fire department to not only land a position, but to make the organization a better place.
