Music that Describes Marie
Marie Lombardi was nominated by her colleague, Rachelle Sears.
“The curriculum contains so much necessary raw material, but warmth is the vital element that grows the soul of a child.” -Carl Jung
"Marie Lombardi is a warm-hearted and friendly sixth grade teacher at Las Sendas," explains Sears. "She is generous, kind, and full of energy. We teach the opposite grade levels. I teach kindergarten, the first students to enter our school, and she teaches sixth grade – those audacious kiddos that are typically bold, daring, or fearless, especially in challenging assumptions or conventions. We laugh because there aren't many people cut out to teach kindergarten or sixth grade. Although we do not teach the same grade levels, over the years, I’ve been witness to the awesomeness of Marie Lombardi."
Mrs. Lombardi has a Master's degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Arizona State University. She has been at Las Sendas for 13 years. Las Sendas is a beautiful school with lots of support from the principal, parents, and staff. With many students, the school outgrew the building, and Mrs. Lombardi’s classroom has been in the back of the school in a portable mobile unit. The learning that takes place in her classroom makes her room a beautiful, magical learning environment. She cares about each of her students.
"I can speak to how hard Marie works. Every year, I see her on so many extracurricular committees. For example, she is the Team Leader. A Team Leader attends extra meetings, keeps her peers informed, and advocates for her colleagues. In addition, when we had 'Crisis Schooling' when the Pandemic first started, she volunteered to take classes and share what she learned with the staff. She guided us through the online program called Canvas & Florida Virtual Learning. This was impressive because at that time, we were all taking a crash course in teaching from home, which meant learning how to use WebEx, making paper learning packets, delivering materials to students, creating virtual classrooms, aligning curriculum, and often spending 15 hours days adjusting to virtual teaching," said Sears.
Mrs. Lombardi has taught at other schools, making her experience in the classroom on the veteran level. At Las Sendas alone, she has been teaching for 13 years. Being a highly effective veteran teacher is vital to schools. Mrs. Lombardi teaches students to be real stewards and lifelong lovers of learning. She's able to do this because she is always willing to learn and grow. This year, Mrs. Lombardi volunteered to be one of several teachers to have a classroom that is totally different than she has ever had. Once again, she took classes and spent her entire summer preparing for this new adventure.
Mrs. Lombardi started a STEM classroom this school year. STEM is an acronym in education that stands for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. STEM learning, however, extends beyond these technical fields. STEM offers an approach to education that values college and career readiness, preparing students for their lives beyond the classroom. After years of teaching one way, Mrs. Lombardi is now teaching around project-based learning. Listening to her share her excitement for this new adventure is wonderful. She’s perfect for teaching STEM because a STEM classroom fosters a positive culture that allows students to problem-solve, collaborate, create, test ideas, and build with their hands. Her goal is to inspire students to think, innovate, prototype, and research in teams.
"Marie is a LifeChanger! Through growing with technology and learning styles, her students know that they are going to be challenged and valued! Individuals have good ideas, but teams have great ones. Marie is a team player! I would love to see Marie honored with the LifeChanger of the Year award," said Sears.
I can’t think of a more deserving educator to receive such an incredible award than Marie Lombardi! Marie has so many wonderful qualities that make her a true teacher at heart. Her love for ELA and STEM are evident throughout her lessons and passion that she shares with her students is unmatched. I am one of the fortunate colleagues that gets to work closely with her as part of the STEM Institute here at Las Sendas and look forward to continuing to work together to make our program the best in the state! Marie, we are truly lucky to have you.
Mrs. Lombardi was my 6th grade teacher and she was the absolute best! She made the classroom such a positive and fun environment. She greets everyone with a smile and is sweetest person you’d ever meet! She went above and beyond inside and outside of the classroom to make sure every student could excel. Although I was only in her class for one year, she reaches out even 6 years later to make sure I’m still excelling.
So thankful that I had the opportunity to be in Mrs. Lombardi’s six grade class years ago. She made sure every student understood the curriculum and lesson being taught. She never made any of us feel the pressure that we weren’t enough or that we were slow learners. She always strives to make her class a place of comfort and familiarity. She learns every students personal needs and helps them in such unique ways. She’s truly more than a good teacher, she a kind, giving, loving, and caring light that I was blessed to have for a year!
Marie is most definitely a life changer! I first met Marie when her son, Nick, was a student in my class. She not only made a difference in the lives of her own son, but impacted all the children in our class by volunteering her time, skills, and energy. Soon after that, I watched Marie change her own life by putting in the hard work to become a teacher herself, all while raising her own young kids.
Now I’ve had the pleasure and fortune of working with Marie as colleagues and friends. She is such an amazing teacher and influences so many lives each day - students, families, staff, including mine! Marie’s joy filled laughter permeates those around her through her radiant smile and that sparkle in her eye! Marie continues to grow and change by taking classes, exploring resources, and implementing new ideas into the learning environment she creates.
In addition to being an amazing educator, Marie genuinely cares about each of her students and their families. She works tirelessly to make a difference for each of them. And I know she does by the number of students and families who stay in touch with her as they grow. The words that have been shared and the smiles and hugs from former students who return to thank her speak more to the life changing difference Marie has made and continues to make than my words ever could. Marie IS a life changer!
Mrs. Lombardi was my 6th grade teacher and is the most kind hearted, caring, and loving person I know. She impacts her students lives in so many different ways without even realizing it. She values her work and her students while ensuring they are provided with the best education possible. She makes learning fun and teaches important characteristics to her students that will stick with them for the rest of their life. She helped me through one of the hardest times in my life and I will never be able to thank her enough. Mrs. Lombardi has become more than a teacher to me, she is my family and forever will be. I have stayed very close with her and she continues to impact my life in so many ways.
Ace was so lucky to have had Ms. Lombardi as his 6th grade STEM teacher! She’s had a huge impact on him that will last his lifetime. She cares about each of her students and takes the time to know, understand and appreciate their different personalities. Thank you Ms. Lombardi for such a great year!!!
Ms. Lombardi was my sixth grade teacher and made a great positive impact on my education. She taught my the importance and helped me find fun in reading and making my writing my own. I still remember her kind words and her super super fun projects that made sixth grade so much fun!
I have known Marie for several years, not as a student, not as a parent of a student but as an observer. I have watched her use personal time and her own funds to acquire much needed supplies for her kids. I have listened to her enthusiastic conversation of creative ways to teach. I have witnessed the affection of her previous students who seek her kindness and guidance. Marie’s teaching reaches out to many, regardless of age; young or old. Her teaching holds no bounds of age. She truly loves to teach - be it a child or an adult. Marie deserves this award, she deserves to be recognized for her selfless acts and dedication. She is one of a kind!
Ms. Lombardi is the most down to earth, loving, understanding person & teacher. She cares so deeply & intentionally about her students & their education. She helped me learn to cherish my education, to believe in myself, to treat others with kindness & respect. Ms. Lombardi is one of those people you never forget. She supported me through many hardships while I was in her class, & she did it all with a smile on her face. Ms. Lombardi has changed my life for the better. I am forever indebted to her showing me what being a good teacher & a good human being means. I am blessed to have been in her class all those years ago.
Marie is an incredible teacher, colleague and friend! I just love working alongside her. The students come back to visit Mrs.Lombardi year after year because she builds a great rapport and relationships with each of her students. She also goes above and beyond to learn new curriculum and started the STEM program this year. So glad you were nominated and you deserve this award!
Marie!!!! I hope you win this!!!! Especially knowing that I just finished chit-chatting with you & found out you are working on school stuff (in July) and shopping for things for your classroom. Not little things either- things like a 3D printer for your STEM ROOM.
I enjoyed reading all these heartfelt messages about you! Go girl! Wishing you a wonderful new school year. Win this!
Ms Lombardi has had such a huge impact on my son Aidan. We are so lucky to have her as his 6th Grade Stem Teacher! Thank you Maria for all that you do for your students.
Ms. Lombardi’s pathway to teaching started in private industry at technology and operations companies. During her later time in the private industry, she worked in Corporate HR and supported Quality Assurance and Manufacturing initiatives. While raising her children she started volunteering at Las Sendas Elementary School which she loved and excelled at. Along the way she soon knew teaching was a perfect fit for her!
Through her years at Las Sendas, Ms. Lombardi has demonstrated her commitment to learning, teaching her students to solve problems and to learn, and supporting the school and district initiatives. Her commitment to building a nurturing learning environment for her students is seen when she talks with pride about her student’s progress through the year.
During the past year, Ms. Lombardi eagerly accepted a request to implement a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) class for her 6th grade students. To get started, she observed a Robotics and CAD (Computer aided Design) class at a local High School. She subsequently joined another Robotics Class at the High School and engaged the students by asking them to teach her. Armed with this experience, she developed her class curriculum and prepared for the first day of STEM class. Ms. Lombardi did not stop there, she knew she had to do something more, so she bought each student a Bristlebot Robotics kit (a project to introduce basic engineering concepts, motors, and circuits in 10 minutes). It worked! The first day of class was a success and her students were hooked!
Ms. Lombardi has leveraged her previous work in private industry and her personal experiences along with her constant desire to help her students solve problems and learn in a challenging, rewarding and nurturing environment. She is a great example of a LifeChanger.
Every teacher has a gift that stands out and Marie's gift is compassion. For many years we worked side-by-side and Marie had a unique way of making students feel special. She took time to listen to students and guide them in a positive direction. Each and every year, her students move on to Junior High knowing that they had a sixth grade teacher who truly cared.
I have had the privilege to work with Marie for 7 years, and I am lucky enough to call her a neighbor at home as well. Over the years, I have seen that Marie is the type of teacher that everyone wants for their child. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gifted at sharing information with others, but even more importantly, she teaches children, not curriculum. She truly understands how to motivate students using love and compassion. If she is not taking on a new challenge for the sake of the school, she is off helping and supporting another student or staff member. Las Sendas Elementary, and the entire community, is lucky to have Mrs. Lombardi around.
Mrs. Lombardi helped my daughter thrive in school by pouring her heart and soul into her class. Her attention to detail coupled with her ability to connect with her students makes her an incredible teacher he should be awarded a life changer - because she truly is!
Mrs Lombardi is very caring and compassionate and always goes above and beyond. She gets involved with all her students, parents and addresses any issues in a timely manner. She is a strong believer and fully supports the Las Sendas STEM program. Thank you Marie for all you do for our children.
My daughter Avery was hesitant to participate in the new STEM program offered at our school and taught by Mrs. Lombardi. As soon as Marie heard that Avery may not participate, I had a post it note on my front door (she’s also my neighbor ??), an email, and a phone call the next day! She told me that Avery would thrive in this program. She would have opportunities to be a leader, challenge herself academically, develop critical thinking skills, and would be introduced to aspects of engineering and technology that would benefit her future education and career. She fought for Avery and we are so grateful she did. Any teacher that is willing to advocate for your child, see their potential, and support them in the process of growth and accomplishment is without a doubt a “life changer.” She taught Avery to be confident, to get out of her comfort zone, and look for opportunities to grow and shine! Those skills, and the influence that Marie Lombardi has had, will definitely change Avery’s life for the better!
My son has had the privilege of being in Mrs. Lombardi's 6th grade STEM class this year. She truly loves her students and is passionate about their growth and well-being. She supports her students inside and outside of the classroom and is greatly deserving of this award. Her impact on her students is not just for a moment in time, but for a lifetime.
Ms. Lombardi is a wonderful teacher. She is devoted to her classes, genuinely interested in her students’ academic progress and well being, and creative and inventive in her curriculum.
Ms. Lombardi is an absolute gem of a teacher. My son is in her S.T.E.M. class this year and I can personally testify to her passion and dedication to all of her students. She wholeheartedly believes in each of their potential to do amazing things and her enthusiasm is palpable when she recounts a story about a student having a "lightbulb moment" during class. She is their greatest cheerleader and their individual success is her success. As a parent, I couldn't ask for a more positive experience for my child during such an important year of his education journey.
Marie Lombardi has been a blessing to our daughter this past year. STEM was going to be a new experience and challenge for her but Marie made the transition flawless and really helped Bella soar beyond her potential through encouragement and leading. We are grateful for her and I know Bella loved having her this past year and is better equipped because of it.
Ms.Lombardi is a wonderful teacher. She gives so much of herself to the students. She has always been there for my daughter and have a feeling she always will be there for her. Her support doesn’t end when the school year is over. We are so blessed to have had our daughter in her 6th grade stem class. Thank you for all you do Ms. Lombardi.
The Mckibbin family
My son is in Ms. Lombardi's STEM class this year, and he has loved her class. She did a wonderful job implementing the new curriculum and adjusting to a design/inquiry based teaching style. She provided extremely engaging learning experiences, encouraged creativity, and inspired her students to think differently and do more than they previously thought they were capable of.
Ms. Lombardi was my 6th grade teacher and helped me not only with my education, but with real world problems and gave helpful advice for the future even from years ago. :) She always valued mine and other students feelings. Her classroom was cheerful, positive, filled with colors, and always welcoming. Ms. Lombardi affected so me and so many other people around her in a positive way as she always had the right words to say. When I saw this award, I immediately thought of Ms. Lombardi! :)
I was very fortunate to have Marie Lombardi as my sixth-grade teacher. She has kept in contact with me throughout the years and has become a dear friend and neighbor. She is a caring and compassionate individual and wants to see her students, former and current, succeed in and outside of the classroom, in all areas of their lives. Because of the love and passion, Marie gives to teaching and education I've decided myself to pursue a degree in education. Marie is an inspiring, caring, and compassionate individual and I congratulate her on this achievement!
Marie is exceptional! Not only is Marie one of the most coveted teachers at Las Sendas Elementary, she is a wonderful neighbor and trusted friend. Our eldest daughter was fortunate to have had Marie as her 6th grade teacher and has continued to keep in contact over the years interested in her progression. It was because of Marie’s influence that our daughter has chosen to pursue a degree in education. She is a very caring and compassionate person and endeavors to ensure students have the tools and resources needed for success outside of the classroom.
I've had the privilege to know and work with Marie over the past 30 years. As a Human Resource Manager Marie Lombardi was instrumental in a Tempe Arizona company implementing quality improvement systems. As an instructor for this high tech company, Marie was a natural. She taught complex subjects with ease and made the topics easily relatable, The company she worked with was named the Arizona Manufacturing Company of the Year and was an Industry Week' National Company of the Year Finalist, in large part because of the quality improvement programs she taught and was instrumental in leading. Her focus on excellence and making a change is something she continues to this day as a teacher in the Mesa School District.
Her passion for teaching and her heartfelt caring for her students is evident. On occasion we will be out at an Arts Fair or a hockey game and a student from previous years always seems to appear and greets her with joy and thanks. She touches so many lives, and this is something that sticks with students for a lifetime.
Many years ago, Marie left the business community for education (and the business community lost a real asset). We continue to chat and discuss corporate teaching (which I still do) and compare this to teaching in the education system. I learn from our conversations and have personally benefited from her insights and teaching approach. By the same token, she picks my brain and looks for ideas she can apply to the benefit of her students. For Marie, being satisfied with the status quo has never been an option.
I am so pleased that Marie has been nominated for this honor. She truly embodies what it means to be a LifeChanger.
Miss Lombardi was very helpful & supported me in sixth grade. I always felt valued & important in her class. She got to know me as a person. She is truly one of the best teachers I’ve ever had.
Marie Shows consistent kindness towards her students at their most difficult age of development Without sacrificing high academic expectations. She is very deserving! Congratulations!
Ms Lombardi and I have been friends for forty plus years. In the beginning we were both traveling a career path in the business world. Our long friendship enabled me to see that she is not only a “lifechanger for her own life, but a “lifechanger” for her students as well. Interestingly enough, we both changed careers at mid-life and went from business into teaching.
As we traveled the path of our teaching careers together, we shared our challenges, successes and frustrations. I came to know teaching is more than a profession for Marie, it is calling. She is truly dedicated to meeting her students at their level of need and continually challenges them to improve and grow.
I was not surprised when she took up the challenge of transitioning her classroom to a STEM classroom – even though her career was winding down. No leaning back and resting on her laurels for Marie. She knew the STEM classroom would be good for the students, but also stimulating and exciting for her as well. She dove in and embraced the challenge.
So, whether or not my friend wins this coveted award, she has always been a “lifechanger” to me and I salute her!
Marie is the most genuine, selfless person I know. She's a "devoted" educator who goes above and beyond. Her overall friendly and positive attitude is contagious which makes her students eager to learn and excel. Congratulations! There is no one more deserving of this award than Marie. Everything she does comes from the heart!
I am so very fortunate and lucky to call Marie my teammate and my friend. She is a phenomenal teacher who cares about her students and their learning. She fosters a safe and loving environment. She jumps right in to new curriculum, experiences, always working to give her class the best education.
Marie Lombardi is the type of teacher you distinctly remember no matter how many years have passed. The type of teacher who leaves a lasting impression of your heart and your mind. The type of teacher I so strongly wish everyone had the opportunity to experience, in order to fully understand how impactful it can be to have such a compassionate and caring figure on your team. Marie’s genuine ability to enhance the lives of others is a gift to all. Each year Marie remains enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed to inspiring others. She’s the definition of a LifeChanger, and I would love to see her recognized with this award.
To those who know Marie, she is an extraordinary teacher and person. Her energy and commitment to her students reinforces a trusted teacher-student relationship. It is her caring and compassion that she shares with her students in the learning process, that results in an eagerness for learning. Every child should have a teacher that makes such an impact in their lives.
Marie is a great Teacher, Sister and Friend. I cannot think of a more deserving person for this award ! Marie passion and dedication for Teaching is beyond words! She truly cares about her students . She is making a huge impact on their lives. I wish growing up that I would have been lucky enough to have had a Teacher like my sister Marie!
Last year I was new to the grade level AND new to the school. Marie made me feel welcome right away even though she was in charge of training the entire staff on how to implement our online learning platform at the beginning of the year. She quickly became a person I trusted to listen with empathy if I needed someone to talk to. She has all the wisdom of an experienced teacher and all the energy to keep up with the kids. She is an amazing person and educator.
Not only am I lucky enough to have Marie as my best friend but she is also my sister. She is one of the most kindest and most genuine people I know.
Her dedication to her teaching career is truly inspiring. She tends to bring out the abilities she sees in her students and at times these abilities have brought on life changing accolades to the kids. There are some teachers in our lives that we will always remember for going the extra mile and Marie is one of them.
Mrs. Lombardi is an excellent teacher and truly excels in her teaching. I was very comfortable in her classroom and she helps her students in putting forth their best effort. She's an absolute sweetheart, encouraging, and truly does care about her students.
When I think of this award, I think of Mrs.Lombardi. She embodies everything this award stands for. As a former student of Mrs. Lombardi I was able to experience her teaching first hand. Not only did I feel I had a teacher that I could rely on to teach me, I knew I could rely on her to be there for me as well. Everyday walking into her class I knew I was safe and could feel comfortable. She laid down a foundation of trust in school. To this day, Mrs. Lombardi tries her best to stay connected with me, always checking in on how high-school is going for me. I know I can always count on her if I need. Throughout my 11 years of schooling so far, I couldn’t think of a teacher who deserves this award more than she does.
I first met Marie years ago when we both worked in an aerospace manufacturing company. I was in accounting and she was in Human Resources. Part of Marie's many duties was to train the employees on teaming skills, meeting management etc. I was so in awe of her during these training sessions. She always came prepared, was professional and also taught us with some humor (to make it more interesting). Over the years, we became more than coworkers, we became close friends. Recentely, she mentioned that she was going to start teaching STEM to her sixth grade class and she spoke of all the training she was about to embark on. I remember thinking if anybody could teach a STEM program to sixth graders, it would be my past coworker Marie. Judging on the comments I have read, I believe she is doing a fabulous job!! I was also impressed by the comments of past students who were influenced by Marie's teachings. I would also love to see Marie honored with the LifeChanger of the Year award.
Since the day she started teaching, Marie has been the kind of teacher every parent wants for their children. She was always the first to try new things to engage students. Her classroom is full of kids that are trying new things in new ways. She can change lives because she is willing to change the way she teaches so that every child is successful. Marie doesn't change lives by accident; she does it on purpose. She purposefully looks for what her students need to succeed. And she doesn't just change the lives of students...she goes out of her way to help her fellow teachers become life changers. Marie Lombardi is the very definition of a life changer.
Everything Rachelle noted above about Mrs. Lombardi could not be more true. There is not a woman kinder, more supportive, more loving and just truly lovely than her. She truly wants the best for everyone around her, her students, her friends, her family, etc. She truly is a Life Changer. There is no one more deserving of this award than Marie!
Marie is a wonderful person that is thoughtful and caring. She does her job with excellence because people are not just a job to her. She wants others to feel loved, accepted, and know that they each matter.
Marie, a true blessing to have in one’s life. It’s no shocker that she is nominated for this award. Someone so caring and invested in their career definitely deserves it.
Marie truly embodies what it means to be a great educator. Not only is she incredibly kind and patient but she constantly adapts her teaching style to meet the needs of each and every one of her students.
She is constantly spending hours outside of work taking training classes and workshops to advance her teaching skills to the next level. Marie always jumps at the opportunity to be on the leading edge of technology that will further develop and challenge our youth.
Because of her nurturing demeanor, students who are challenging or who may come from difficult backgrounds and family situations are often placed into her classroom but she welcomes them with open arms. She never complains or shows an ounce of judgement, instead she takes the time to better understand where the student is at and what she can do to help them succeed.
Students in her class are at that age where they are just finding themselves and figuring out who they may want to be as they get older. This is why it is very important that they are given the freedom to express themselves in a safe environment and Marie gives them just that. She has created a welcoming learning environment where students can bring their authentic selves to school every day without fear of judgement.
It is for all of these reasons that Marie is a well respected and admired educator in our community and why students continue to return to her classroom years later to let her know how much she impacted their lives. I hope every student encounters someone like Marie in their lifetime, because she truly is a life changer.
I was a one-on-one Instructional Assistant at Las Sendas Elementary school for a 6th grade student who had ADHD and slight cerebral palsy. I had the pleasure of working with Marie for the school year. Marie is a very kind caring person, and always made her students feel comfortable with sharing any troubles they may have had a that time. The students always came first in her eyes. 6th grade is a very hard year, hormones are running, and they need a safe place. Marie was able to provide that safe environment for them. Marie was phenomenal with children with special needs. We worked together to make this student successful. She printed off materials, ensured he was following along, included him with every activity, and because she has such a loving nature, this spread throughout her students, and therefore, the students were able to be kind to children with Special needs. I was so impressed with how much she cared for each and every student, that when it came time for my own daughter to attend 6th grade, there was no hesitation that I would want her to have that same loving interaction. My daughter thrived in her classroom. She knew that she was cared for, she knew she was safe, and she knew if she had any issues Marie would always be there for her. My daughter is currently working as a CNA and is studying to become a nurse in Tuscon. She has the ability to care for others now, and I can’t thank Marie enough for giving her that wonderful 6th grade experience.
Where do I even start? Marie is one of the reasons I’m still continuing my education today. It was freshman year when an angel of a substitute teacher had to deal with a heathen student like myself. I was an absolute terror but Ms. Lombardi was on a mission to guide me in the right direction and she did. Successfully, she had become one of my favorite teacher of all time, and til this day, I’m grateful for the time and patience she had. Without her guidance, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you!
Marie is truly one a kind, we met about 5 years ago, I value her advice and support that she has given me since day one. A role model for all inside the classroom and out.
Marie is an incredibly loving, supportive, and selfless individual. I’m moving across the country wanting to start a new journey in Arizona she welcomed me to her home with open arms. We lived together for a few years while I got on my feet and in that time she changed my life. I watched her work so hard day and night at her job teaching. She is through and through the most caring person no matter the setting. Her love can be felt in everything she does constantly thinking of her family and students first. Wanting to make them feel welcome to learn and feel accepted in her presence. She has impacted the lives of so many including myself forever. I cannot think of a more deserving person for this award!!
I was so nervous to go into the 6th grade and then I met Ms. Lombardi. Ms. Lombardi puts her students first and advocates for them. She made sure to always check in with each of us to see how we were doing not only at school but if we needed any help at home. She made learning fun! I remember the days when we would come in from recess and she would read us the Hunger Games books and I remember just thinking “reading is so much fun”. We always were doing fun activities to help us understand content better. Our class ever made a commercial to understand how the business works! Ms. Lombardi changed the way I viewed school and I am forever grateful to her. She was not just a teacher, but someone I could talk to and know would listen. She made going to school my favorite thing! 10 years later, we still are in contact and I thank her every year for all that she did to help me become the college student I am today!
Marie Lombardi takes on every challenge that is thrown at her with enthusiasm and professionalism. She offers her students a learning environment that is warm and caring. Her students know that she is there for them with an open heart and mind. This helps them to learn and grow in so many positive ways. Marie is a life changer!
Marie is a great teacher, colleague, and friend. She loves kids, is invested in their learning, and always willing to try new things! We love Ms. Lombardi!
Marie is a genuine thoughtful and loving person, who puts others first and has a way of making people feel special!
Marie is a wonderful person that is thoughtful and caring. She does her job with excellence because people are not just a job to her. She wants others to feel loved, accepted, and know that they each matter.
