Keely Sutton was nominated by one of her students.
"Ms. Sutton is my LifeChanger because when I took her class, she wouldn't let me quit," explains her student. "I am now in the 9th grade with a 2.7 GPA, and she helped me get here. I am very grateful for her work and how much she cares for her students. There were a lot of times when bad students tried to bring her down, and she still pushed through. I am amazed by her work as a teacher, and I would like it if she won because she has earned this. She's earned more than this, but this is where it starts. Even though her 8th graders from the previous school year are in high school now, she still cares about us like we are her own kids."
