Ms. Rodriguez has always gone above and beyond for every student that walks into her classroom, whether they were her students or not. I've had the privilege of working with her and witnessing the great impact she has on all of her students. Cecilia has always taken her time to get to personally know every single one of her students, helps them meet and go beyond their goals, and ensures that no child is ever left behind and unnoticed. Every student leaves her classroom knowing that they are cared for and loved by her. If anyone is worthy of the LifeChanger Award it is most definitely Cecilia Rodriguez.

My sister works so hard day in and day out thinking about her students and how to help them. She goes the extra mile to be a excellent teacher not only for her students but to her children as well. We have long conversations about her passion for the classroom and it warms my heart to see the same energy in her as I saw in my favorite teachers growing up. She is a hard worker, passionate teacher, and loving sister. It doesn’t surprise me that she is being recognized for her dedication as an educator, but it makes me so proud to have a sister continue to be a strong presence in our community and our elementary school where we both attended as children. I worked with Ms. Rodriquez 4 years ago. I was the inclusion teacher that went into her classroom. She worked so well with the special education students. She really does make each student feel loved and cared for. Way to go Cecilia. I am so proud of you. Love, Mrs. Herrick

Ceclia Rodriguez has been my colleague now for several years. In the time I have known her, I have seen great success come out of her classroom. She is so devoted to her students and parents as well. Her personality is outgoing and uplifting to everyone around her. She is a great teacher, employee, colleague and friend! She gives 100% of herself which is quite difficult at this time in the teaching profession. But she has come out like a champ! Please consider Mrs. Rodriguez for this award as I can think of no one more deserving.
ms. Rodriguez is the best teacher she has a notebook with me I my teacher a couple years ago I did not learn but now I no everything I love ms she is the best teacher ever I cant explain how mush I love her.

Ms. Rodriguez exemplifies building trusting relationships with her students. Having grown up in the neighborhood where we work, she truly understands the community from which her students come from. This allows Ms. Rodriguez to relate to her students which allows them to love her to no end. Her passion for teaching is evitable in everything she does. She truly makes a grand impact and changes lives for the students on our campus.
Ms. Rodriguez is certainly deserving of this award. She makes it a point to bring out the very best in her students every single day. They know through her love daily that they can achieve anything. She not only has love of her students who are currently sitting in her classroom, but even those who have already left her. She always wants to make sure that they know she will continue to be their cheerleader for years to come.
A student does not have to have been on her for Ms. Rodriguez to make a student feel special. If they walk the halls of Sky Harbour, they feel her love radiating off of her for them. Cecilia does not see "tough kids" or a "hard class," she see's students. She sees the potential in all of her students and only wants them to chase whatever dream they have in their heart. I'm very fortunate to work with Cecilia and to have the opportunity to see her grow into the teacher she is today and will become in the future.

Ms. Rodriguez is the sweetest teacher. She is compassionate and thoughtful. When my daughter was struggling emotionally she went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. There are not many teachers like that. Not only does she have amazing relationships with her students she is also excellent at teaching academics. My daughter has grown so much in her class. I will forever be thankful for Ms. Rodriguez.

If anyone is a live changer that is Ms. Rodrigues. Her huge and inviting smile changes your day. It makes you feel like you're the most important person to her. She is such an outgoing person and never fails to greet you, whether it's verbally or with her smile. What she does in her classroom is amazing. I know she truly cares for students. In just these short couple of years that I’ve gotten to know Ms.Rodriguez, I’ve gotten to witness so much! Her connection with the students is admirable. She’s passionate, kind, funny and intentional with any student who comes her way. When in her classroom, not only is the student learning the material but also learning how to be a better version of themselves and it’s so important when a child understands their potential and worth. Ms. Rodriguez does exactly that. I can’t think of a better person for this award!
When I see Ms. Rodriguez, I always see her engaged with her students. I love walking by her room and seeing her classroom because she always has great ideas and set up in her class. I have seen her teach the students, talk with the students, laugh with the students, and just be a fun, and great teacher.

Ms. Rodriguez goes above and beyond to make sure she meets each of her students needs. She does not only get to know them academically but takes the time to get to know them personally. Ms. Rodriguez goes above and beyond with her students! Each of the kiddos in her class knows that they’re loved and valued. Students leave her class gaining knowledge, but more importantly a strong sense of self worth and value. She builds her students up, gives them a voice, and celebrates what makes each of them special and unique in their own way. I’m blessed to have her teach my son, and I’m proud to work alongside her. Mrs. Rodriguez is such a caring and loving teacher to her students. She is very involved with my daughter’s education and is consistently motivating her to do better and praising her when she sees improvement. She invests time into her students but her approach seems to be very successful.
Mrs. Rodriguez has been my grandson's teacher from the beginning of the school term. Some problems she's had with him, she's let me know immediately. We've worked together to keep him on task. And I've asked her not to let him get out of control and always stay ahead of him. It takes a special teacher who can understand each child is different, coming from different backgrounds of life. And this teacher takes top prize in my book. I've seen a positive attitude, a willingness to the best in my grandson. I for one know it wasn't easy. But what counts is Mrs. RODRIGUEZ stayed with him and didn't give up. His grades are good, his attitude is good, he looks at learning different. It's been great. She is the best 4th grade teacher Sky Harbor Elementary has.
Cecilia is my granddaughters teacher, and she was my grandsons teacher. She truly loves her students and connects with the family. She is the definition of a teacher. We love Cecilia.
