Ms. Walther cares deeply about her students. She constantly goes above and beyond to improve her practice, collaborate with others, and communicate with parents. Ms. Walther is constantly updating her practice to best meet the needs of her students. She stands out among her colleagues because of her dedication to her classroom. Ms. Walther creates new lessons for her classroom to involve multi-modality learning, and she designs lessons around the learning of her students.
Her classroom is warm and fuzzy. She is constantly loving on her students, but provides the perfect balance of routine and structure they need. Her students know what she expects, and she maintains high standards for all types of learners in her classroom.
