Kelly Rooke was nominated by a friend.

"Kelly is a personality who leaves a lasting impression. Her face lights up at the mention of her students, who she cares so much about. Her body shows her sadness for the tough life some of her students face. She has even traveled to an orphanage in India twice because of her love of children. I have heard her talk about programs and teaching styles that change lives, and I've also heard stories of past students who miss her so much. I know she gives so much more than what's required. She deserves every bit of praise and appreciation for being an amazing person and an incredible, LifeChanging teacher. I wish my own children could be in her class," said her friend.
