Mrs. Picco says quite a few things to her students and fellow colleagues, but these two of her famous quotes stick out more than others. She has a calling for special needs students. She is patient and kind, and she understands that no two students are the same. Mrs. Picco puts 100% into everything she does for her students. She spends most of her time trying to find ways to better herself for her students and classroom. 

Mrs. Picco lost her husband to cancer, but despite that, she went back to teaching. As hard as her husband's death was, she felt drawn to come back to shaping young minds. Mrs. Picco doesn't reach for recognition, but to watch her students grow and learn throughout the year.
