LaKishia Bell was nominated by one of her colleagues.

Mrs. Bell is a pleasure to work with and a dynamic force in the classroom. She is extremely organized and very dedicated to her work. Mrs. Bell has developed a strong rapport with students and is very helpful with building staff morale with various fun activities. She adheres to weekly lesson plans developed with her teacher, which are very well received by the students. She has a strong desire to become a full-time teacher at some point, but she gets a great deal of satisfaction in being an assistant.
