"Tangela L. Carter is a great asset to the Dallas Independent School District," explains Kelly. "She is working on both ends of the spectrum. She is the director of the English as a Second Language (ESL) and Newcomer Program, and she participates in the Accelerated Leadership Advancement Program within the district. Tangela's also the principal at Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Middle School. She's molding and inspiring students and educators alike.
