Stacy Seal was nominated by Hope Strickland, the a parent of a student.

"My daughter had to return to school after COVID-19 and losing her grandfather. She absolutely hated school and didn't want to leave my side because she was worried something was going to happen to me," Strickland said. "Mrs. Seal helped ease her back into the classroom. Now, my daughter wants to go every day. Mrs. Seal does fun learning projects and experiments with the class."

Mrs. Seal consistently goes above and beyond for every single student she has. She has been the best teacher I’ve ever known.

Mrs. Seal’s genuine nature to seek to help others is something that is rare. She somehow knows exactly what everyone needs to be cheered up or strengthened.She observes listens and knows people. Because she knows people,she understand people. Mrs.Seal is so compassionate and can relate to any child or adult.Every child in her class I know has has felt that compassion. They have felt her care. They have felt valued for being them. She has made their lives all the better by being her. As a truly great teacher she understands the power of creativity, wonder and laughter. Mrs. Seal is a true educational professional!!!

Mrs. Seal has always been a loving, supportive teacher. While she has very high expectations for all of her students, she understands that all students learn differently and at different times. She loves her students like they are her own and she tells them daily. She worries about them and checks on them over breaks. She makes sure each of her students feel safe and loved. The relationships she forms with them last for years. We need more teachers like Mrs. Seal!
