Melinda Redd was nominated by her colleague, Kristine Landry.

Ms. Redd is truly a LifeChanger. Her dedication to the field of nursing is obvious to all who know her.  She is an expert in her field and very busy, but she always has time to provide support to other nurses, families, and school staff.  She is a compassionate person who will go above and beyond to help solve a problem or remove a barrier to health services for children. Ms. Redd not only provides supervision and support for the schools and school nurses in her region, but she provides leadership in school health services for the entire district. Ms. Redd does everything with a warm smile and a happy heart!
