Music that Describes Victoria
Victoria Gabriel was nominated by her colleague, Gina Ingles.
Ms. Gabriel has been a Registered Nurse for three years. She is dedicated to both her family and her role as a Pediatric Nurse. She continues to work as a Pediatric Emergency Room nurse at Children's Hosptial in New Orleans on weekends. This help her stay abreast of new technology and ways to improve care for her school children.
Ms. Gabriel enjoy taking care of "her children." You can see the happiness and joy it brings to her life as a nurse and mother.
"She comforts both her patients and parents with not only the immense knowledge she has gained in such a short time, but through her calm and soothing voice. It helps the children feel safe and secure while helping parents remain calm," said Ingles.
I have had the pleasure of working with Victoria since she became a school nurse last year. She is an asset to our nursing staff. She is knowledgeable and professional, as well as kind and compassionate. The students and staff in her schools are lucky to have her.

Working on the Frontline with Victoria has been a pleasure. She brings out the compassion of those around her as she cares for families in need. A true light in darkness, not forgetting personal hardships, that would halt many of us; she continues on with a genuine smile.
I agree wholeheartedly with this nomination of Mrs. Gabriel, for it is angels on Earth like her who make the hard times, joyous times and all those in-between memorable knowing someone cares. A true example of Love and Service for those who encounter her at the Children's Hospital of New Orleans. Many blessings, Vicky, and you've got this! Hugs ??
Vicky as I call her, is a wonderful person, nurse and mother. Working under her I've learned a lot dealing with pediatrics. Vicky is sweet and full of empathy and compassion. Always has a listening ear
Victoria is one of the hardest workers I know. I had the pleasure of working with Victoria last year during the most challenging year I’ve ever had as a school nurse and I couldn’t have done it without her. Victoria puts her heart into everything she does. She always has a smile on her face. Well deserved! Love her
Always there to help, and takes pride in her work.
Victoria is one of my brother's friends from high school with a heart of gold. She is a dedicated mother, significant other, friend, and companion. She wears her heart on her sleeve. Since COVID she has lost her father and shortly after her sister and still goes on stronger than ever before. Victoria would give the shirt off of her back without thinking twice. She deserves this more than ever this year. Victoria keep caring the way you do the world needs more people like you!!! Wishing you the best of luck! Alice
Victoria is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She’s friendly, kind, caring and really loves her job as a nurse. She always has a joke to tell to make a person laugh. I had the best experience working under her as my nurse. I miss you Victoria Gabriel. She loves being a mom to her son and she loves her family unconditionally. If anybody is worthy it’s Victoria. So happy you are my friend.
Victoria is one of the kindest people I know! She wears her heart on her sleeve and always goes the extra mile to help others.
Victoria is such an amazing person. She is, without a doubt, one the sweetest women I know. Victoria constantly puts others before her, no matter what she has going on in her life. She’s always one call away and I’m blessed to be able to call her a good friend of mine. Good luck Vicky!
A very sweet young woman. She sees the silver lining in every cloud. A concerned mother, does everything she can for her son. A hard working nurse that truly cares for people.
Victoria is one of the most caring people I know. She is family, a co-worker and one great Aunt to my kids. She is always there when I need her. I have a disabled son who she is always there for, be it in the hospital emergency room or a birthday party. She had lost her father to COVID and has been through so so much. She is still able to carry on and care for others. I admire her strength. Wishing you the best always Vicky! We love you!!
