"I am brand new in the district and at my job, which means I have a ton of questions every single day," explains Dubina. "Since day one, Jamie has been such a friend and ally. She has been so patient with me when I don't know what I am doing and has gone out of her way to explain things to me and make sure I understand how to do things correctly. In addition to my job, she has made sure I feel included and part of the team, and she always reminds me of that. I appreciate all she has done for me so much."
