"Mr. Baydoun is an amazing person. He genuinely cares about students and the concerns of parents. He goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and heard," said the nominator. "My daughters talk about him so highly at home. He is really making this year a positive one for my girls. He is opening clubs and creating leadership roles for all students. Mr. Baydoun is doing the hard work so students feel welcomed and supported. I wish every school had a Mr. Baydoun."
