Music that Describes Christina

Christina Simon was nominated by a school parent, Amanda Paredez.

"It is my honor and privilege to recommend Ms. Christina Simon for this year's LifeChanger of the Year Award," explains Paredez. "I have known Nurse Assistant Simon professionally and as a parent for approximately five years. In all those years, I have been able to witness her work habits, ethics, and integrity as an individual and co-worker."

Ms. Simon can be described as dependable, punctual, and caring. One can see Ms. Simon’s involvement, passion, and dedication for the children of the Socorro Independent School District by the countless smiles, band-aids, ice-packs, and hugs she provides to students not feeling well. She is a very good listener, courteous, and lots of fun.

Ms. Simon is someone who you can count on for any and all of your medical needs. She has great interpersonal skills, and her easy-going, warm-demeanor lends itself to being a team player. Besides that, she has a contagious laugh that puts students, staff, and parents at ease. Finally, her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and honest demeanor make her the perfect employee.

"She is, by far, one of the best health care providers I have met in my 18 years in education. Her excellent people skills, knowledge, and ability to complete any mission she sets her mind to make her the best candidate," said Paredez.
