"Ms. Kabbabe provides incredible community-based experiences for students aged 18-22 with moderate/severe disabilities," said Seretan. "She has demonstrated much resilience when starting from scratch coming out of a pandemic. She finds meaningful and enriching community experiences for students in a safe and healthy setting."
