Music that Describes Stacie

Stacie Arbourgh was nominated by her colleague, Melissa Abadie.

"Stacie is Belle Chasse Primary School's very own LifeChanger! As the school nurse to about 800 3-7 year olds, she is a critical member of the team. Her ability to remain professional, empathetic, hardworking, and adaptable during a pandemic is inspiring," said Abadie.

From everyday cuts and bumps to dealing with children with compromised immune systems, Nurse Stacie is dedicated in supporting the physical and mental health of all students and staff. Mrs. Arbourgh received the esteemed honor of BCP's Support Person of the Year, which was voted on by her colleagues.

"She would be a great person to represent the LifeChanger of the Year organization," said Abadie.

Stacie has been my children's school nurse for about 7 years. Her kindness, compassion and love for the children are just a few of the qualities that make her an amazing nurse. I now have the pleasure of working with Stacie and I am grateful for her patience and helping hand whenever I have a question or concern. This nomination is definitely well deserved!

We would not make it without our Nurse Stacie! When I say we I mean students and staff. Not only does Nurse Stacie take care of our littles, I think I can speak for everyone when I say she takes care of teachers and staff too. She is an amazing part of our BCP family! We love you Nurse Stacie.
