Ms. Barthelemy was nominated by her colleague, Nia Sylve.
During these difficult times dealing with COVID-19, Ms. Barthelemy has been excellent. She makes sure everyone is following CDC procedures by social distancing and wearing masks. She could arrive each day, walk into the building, and go straight to her office, but she stands by the doors to make sure everyone knows she's there if they need her.
