His energetic and witty style helps to fuel a friendly, positive work environment that makes people want to associate with him. Furthermore, he has demonstrated the ability to bring diverse groups together, motivating them to become positive products of the community. Mr. Baxley handles pressure well and offers help to those who do not. As a result of his efforts, he betters the lives of those around him.
