Music that Describes Tiffani

Tiffani Allwardt was nominated by her colleague, Karen Stults.

"Tiffani is a LifeChanger for our students. I have never worked with a teacher who has as much enthusiasm for her students as she does," said Stults. "Even if she is having a bad day, you would never know because she never lets it affect her work. We started out this school year in a hybrid learning environment, and she goes above and beyond and spends hours and hours of her own time to have in-person lesson plans ready for our students. She also plans virtual lessons, which is twice the work."

"We have now returned to all-virtual learning, and I know she's exhausted trying to find things for the students to do. Every single morning when we have our meeting with our students, however, she greets every one of them and finds out how their day was and what they did the night before," said Stults. "She also spends a lot of her own money to buy teacher resources online so that we can have the best resources available."

Tiffani changes lives just by walking in the room! Her positive attitude is infectious. She is continuously evaluating the best way to individualize each teaching moment with her students. She is always exploring ways to connect her students with the community and the resources that meets that students needs. Along with her teaching responsibilities, Tiffani also is involved with local businesses and a board member of a local nonprofit serving adults with disabilities. I believe that Tiffani would be your best choice for the LifeChanger of the Year Award.

Tiffany has always had an ability to make the world around her a better place. She has been positively impacting people since she I met her I n her teens! She just loves people and wants to help others! She is the perfect choice for Lifechanger of the Year!

Tiffani is a beautiful person inside and out, I can't think of a better person to recieve this honor. Even in the worst of times she finds the positive. What a great role model for little kiddos to look up to!

I am so excited that Tiffani has been nominated for this award! I worked with Tiffani as her para the first year she came to work for Eaton RESA. She is a ray of sunshine in the classroom. Tiffani goes all out for her students to challenge them to new levels of learning and confidence. She is constantly looking for new ideas for learning so the students won’t get bored with the same old thing every day. Tiffani is great with giving out compliments not only to boost her students but those who work under her as well. It’s a wonderful thing to be appreciated by your boss. Tiffani has had a lot of challenges thrown at her since starting at Eaton RESA in 2019, but she continues to come out on top. And that is because her student’s are always her number one priority. I truly miss working with this talented and wonderful teacher.

I had the pleasure of working with Tiffani the beginning of this year 2021. She is so amazing. I could go on and on about her as a person, a teacher, and a friend. She deserves this more than anyone. ??
