Julie Harris was nominated by an anonymous colleague.

Ms. Harris has been an integral member of the Caesar Rodney High School Counseling Team. Her leadership, knowledge and experience within the school counseling department has benefited the lives of so many staff members and students. Ms. Harris is a dedicated counselor who advocates for the needs of her students. She has worked tirelessly to help meet the needs of thousands of students in over 25 years as a high school counselor. Students know Ms. Harris is a great person to go to for support, whether they need assistance with a peer issue, college application, or math class. The members of the Caesar Rodney High School Counseling Team are thankful for the many years that Ms. Harris has been a member. She will be greatly missed when she retires and has left some pretty big shoes to fill.
