Mr. Pagano is a very dedicated speech teacher. He has been a LifeChanger for the many students he has worked with over the past 20 years he has spent in education. Mr. Pagano teaches in a way that makes his students feel comfortable. He empowers his students to believe in themselves and seek their potential. His students enjoy coming to his class, and they look forward to participating in the learning process. He always strives to develop captivating activities and lessons that target his students' goals and help them improve their academic and language skills. His teaching practice is backed by experience and evidence-based approaches. He has been honored by the UFT Speech Chapter for his work with his middle school-aged students and his contributions to the school community.

Mr. Pagano is committed to creating a positive, nurturing atmosphere among his students and co-workers. His talents, patience, and guidance are evident in all that he does. His leadership within the speech department at his school has been apparent throughout his career. Many seek his advice, which he gives willingly, as he has served as a mentor for new speech teachers and those entering the field.
