Mrs. Watson is literally the best! I am very grateful that I work with a Principal who makes decisions based on the needs of our students first and foremost. No matter what her day is like she always make sure that she takes care of us teachers and staff members. Also as a dance teacher it’s great to have a leader who supports the arts. Her efforts to ensure all 900+ of her students are taken care of and safe on top of receiving a top-quality education are exemplary. It is so frustrating to feel like your administration doesn't understand the needs or the demographic of our students, but with you I know that you TRULY CARE!!!!!! Mrs. Watson is the most dedicated person I have ever met. Being her secretary and being able to watch her is action, is a blessing. Her commitment to our students, families, staff, school and community is huge. She works more hours than most people would be able to handle (nights and weekends). Anyone who has been fortunate enough to cross paths with Mrs. Watson can tell you that she changes multiple lives, multiple times each day. There is nobody that is more deserving of this nomination.

Becky is a true inspiration! I am so blessed to have crossed paths with her and her family many years ago when our boys were at Kaley. She is such an incredible wife, mother, friend, leader. Through her stories I know she lifts so many, like me. She encourages people to live life to the fullest despite the challenges you may be facing. She leads with love in everything she does.
I have known Becky since she was a teenager and then married my son. We are so proud of her accomplishments as we watched her go from teacher to principal. She truly cares about her students and their families and has inspired many of her students to succeed and go on to higher education. She truly deserves this recognition.
