LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Julie Augustine was nominated by her colleague, Stacie Sheys.

"I have just become acquainted with Julie this year, as I am new to the school," said Sheys. "She wears many hats. She is not only our instructional coach, but she guides instruction and assists with programs that target supportive instruction, progress monitoring, and universal screening. Julie also sits on many committees and is an acting administrator in our building. She supports various departments, including general and special education, as well as RTI and the school counselor. She works on scheduling for support staff and guides and monitors each of these processes throughout the year. In addition, she makes sure information is relayed to staff about additional supports and services that may be beneficial to our students. She is by far a perfect nominee for this award!"
