Although Ms. Reason's job title encompasses quite a bit of the daily operations at her school, she does so much more. She is always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure students receive the best possible experience in elementary school. According to Prince, Ms. Reason is the personal model for the saying, "It takes a village to raise a child." Her willingness to do whatever it takes is evident among the school community. Whenever a teacher needs assistance or coverage for their class, she always steps in to assist with a smile on her face and a great story to tell afterward about the positive experience she had with the students.

Ms. Reason is revered in her school community as someone who genuinely cares for others. School secretaries and district personnel often call upon her to seek advice on how she does business, and they find her to be extremely kind and helpful.

"It is a pleasure to work side by side with such an amazing advocate for children. Her non-judgmental attitude is appreciated by all whom she encounters," Prince said.
