"Even as an administrator in the business office, where I don't have much interaction with the students, I can see what an amazing teacher Erin is," said Messing. "She has such a great impact on students and staff in the district by always having a smile on her face! I'm nominating Erin because I feel that she's the kind of teacher who would have a lifelong impact on a child by just being who she is in her classroom every day. She wouldn't think of doing her job any other way."
