I had the pleasure of working along side of Michele Anduze for two years! I feel that I can sum up Michele as an educator in one word-passion. She truly has a passion for teaching, the actual teaching of new information. She has a passion for education, and all that comes with it(the good and the bad). She is passionate about her students, not just in what they are learning but the students as people with wants and needs. With all of this passion I am sure she is now, has been and will be life changer for many years to come!

I have known Michele for more than 20 years. We are friends and go to church together as well. For Michele, it isn’t just a job. She truly cares about each and every one of her students and her school. There have been times she has asked our connect group to pray over her class, school or specific students when certain things are going on. She continues to get additional degrees and certificates. She takes the time to get to know each student, how they learn, the help they need and works with their parents to get the best outcome for the children. I live in her current school district and hope that one day she will get to teach children of mine. She is so deserving of this!

Michelle is a fantastic educator. She has high expectations for her students and they feel encouraged to reach those expectations. She is supportive of other educators as well. I just finished my EdS program with her in my cohort and she was a vital help to all. She is so deserving of this honor.

I have known Michelle since she was in college. She married one of my best friends. I can attest for her love of education and her students. She spends many hours, outside of work, planning lessons, decorating her classroom, and preparing materials to provide her students with the best lessons she can create. She balances all of this while being a wife and mother of two children. Her love in seeing her students achieve and surpass their educational goals is evident. She is one of those educators that parents wish their students had as a teacher.

I’ve known Michele a long time and I am honored to call her friend. I have also been blessed with her teaching one of my children. She was a huge supporter of him and she pushed for him to get the help that he needed so he didn’t fall further behind. She is takes the time to learn each child and help them achieve their highest potential. She puts her heart into her class and you can see that by the children leaving her class.

Michele is such a great teacher. She’s definitely a life long learner because she is always researching different ways to do things in the classroom. I’ve been blessed to work with her and although we haven’t taught together recently I still seek her advice. At the end of the year her students love her and her parents are her friends. She touches their lives and helps them love to learn.

Michele, I am so proud of all of your achievements. I don't know how you do it all while raising your own family. I am so glad I have you as a resource for anything education related. Although I have never been in your class, your dedication outside of the classroom is noteworthy. You truly care about your students and coworkers alike. Whenever a stranger asks me if I'm related to Mrs. Anduze the teacher, I beam with pride! I am so happy to have you in my life.

Michele, your determination to constantly improve your educational status while raising a family is commendable. Especially during this time of alternative living with covid-19 you have become even more innovative, in your teaching skills and in keeping your children occupied on a daily basis. Your dedication to your profession is notable and you are well respected . You also do not forget to be respectful to others and do little nice things for them. I am pleased to have you in our family circle and am so proud of you
