She's also my coach, and she makes everyone on our team feel included. Ms. Osment will go out of her way to make sure every single student is doing their best and thriving in her class. She is the definition of servant leadership. She is a strong leader, but will bend over backwards to ensure her students and swimmers are doing well. Ms. Osment is the absolute best motivator, and she just radiates energy and a good attitude. It's obvious that she wants nothing but to see her students learn and grow. I can easily say that she changed my life. She gave me a new sense of motivation to succeed that I've never felt before."
