Ms. Jibb is an extraordinary person and teacher. She has been teaching for over 30 years. In today's society, that's very rare to find. She cares deeply about every student she meets and willingly gets involved however she can be utilized best for the success of each student. Her passion for students' academic and personal success shows through her teaching, classroom management skills, and student outcomes. Any student who comes to Ms. Jibb for any reason leaves her room knowing they have an advocate on their side on campus at any time. Students also know if they mess up, Ms. Jibb will be right beside them, helping them understand why they earned the consequences they did, and how it's a learning experience to grow from.
"Our school has been lucky to have had Ms. Jibb on our campus making a difference," said her nominator. "She has accomplished so much, and she has supported and encouraged so many students. Now, it's our turn to celebrate her."
