Being a LifeChanger is what Mrs. Caldwell does on a daily basis. For the past 25+ years, Mrs. Caldwell has been a champion for students of the Kennett #39 School District and a “rockstar" employee. She is recognized by her fourth grade colleagues as a leader and as someone who is willing to go the extra mile for all students. She loves all students equally and works diligently to meet their educational needs, whether she's teaching an administrator's child, or someone living with their grandparents.
"Mrs. Caldwell shows unconditional support for all students and believes they have the ability to succeed in an educational setting," said Wilson. "She will not rest until she finds an avenue to reach each student and unlock their interest and love for learning."
