"My wife goes above and beyond the call of duty at all times. She's always trying to put a smile on the faces of others," said Mr. Fender. "She's not just a bus monitor; she has so many other jobs she does at her bus lot. My wife makes everyone's coffee each morning to get everyone off to a fresh start. She also cleans portables, buses, and video cameras at work. She's willing to do whatever she's asked to do. When it comes to her children on the bus, she tries to make them happy all the time so their day starts off with a smile. She always tries to have a positive outlook or a kind word for someone."
Cindy has been my best friend(sister) for over 35 years. She has THE biggest heart that I have even seen. She loves her family to the moon and back. I am so proud of her for the hard work she puts in daily at work doing whatever is necessary to get the job done. She takes care of our elderly mom daily, always putting mom's needs and health above herself. There is soooo much to Cindy I can't fit it all in here. Love you always

Cindy, is a caring person. She has a lot of worries upon her shoulders as we all do but, she handles them with grace and love. She is supportive of love ones on the outside as well as she does her job with love. I feel she deserves this so much because she is dedicated hardworking and helps everyone out that she can. Cindy has the patience of a saint. Her ability to find solutions when there doesn’t seem to be one is amazing. This lady loves her job. When she talks about it her face lights up.
Cindy is my sister-in-law and she is amazing. She has the very best attitude about life and loves her family. She's always there for any one who needs her whether it's family, friend or a complete stranger. She totally gets that from her daddy. I feel this women should get this title she has her mother living with that she takes care of plus she has a lot of worries she carries around on her shoulders but you’ll always see a smile on her face and it doesn’t matter if it be a co-worker or a supervisor if she asked to do something else besides her normal duties she will do it no matter what. There can’t possibly be another co-worker around that deserves this title more than she does oops I forgot that she gets on Facebook every morning and spreads her happy attitude by telling everyone good morning and like I said she might have all the worries in the world but you’ll never know it I don’t feel anyone else could be more deserving of Employee of the year than Cindy Fender.
