Wendy Yonnetti was nominated by her principal, Errin Parese.

Ms. Yonnetti is Mr. Parese's office manager. In the past three years, she has become the most outstanding office manager he has ever known. Her positive personality and caring demeanor make her highly respected and cared for in her school and community.

Ms. Yonnetti is a motivating person who wants all students to be happy and safe, and she puts her heart and soul into making their experiences incredible. Her caring demeanor is apparent in her everyday interactions with students, staff, and parents; making her an exceptional addition to the school. 

"There are days in our work when we can get overwhelmed with the demands place on us. Ms. Yonnetti is the one saving grace for me and our school on those days," Mr. Parese said.

Ms. Yonnetti goes above and beyond the call of duty consistently, and it shows when the chips are down. Her preparation for difficult transitions and willingness to work at home and well beyond her normal hours are incredibly appreciated. Nobody realizes or knows about the extra effort she puts in because things run so well, it seems like she does the job with ease. Behind that well-oiled machine is a hard-working, dedicated educator who puts significant effort into making her school an incredible place to learn.

Ms. Yonnetti is thorough and always willing to take the time to do things the right way. Her selfless devotion to her students, staff and community make her a unique individual. Her empathetic demeanor is rare and something that truly has helped make the school atmosphere so inviting to all that come through the door.

"Ms. Yonnetti has a talent for working with all people, no matter who they are, and her focus is on the emotional well-being of students and staff," Mr. Parese said.
