Mr. Griffin has proved himself to be a model employee with a great attitude and manners. He has maintained an untarnished employee record and gained lots of positive customer feedback with the students he drives each day. Mr. Griffin is a polite, easygoing, and modest person. He routinely goes the extra mile for his students, no matter who they are, because that’s genuinely the kind of helpful person he is. He is very patient and enjoys being a problem solver.

Fred Griffin is a young man that I met through a mutual friend, and since that meeting, have come to know that he is a man of integrity, honor, and a humble servant of God. He's been a great inspiration to me through his own accomplishments and endeavors, and whether or not he wins this award, I know he'll continue to pursue the passions that have gotten him this nomination on a greater scale. He's definitely a young man who I fully expect to see him do more than any of us imagine to impact this world in a positive way.

Fred has a remarkable manner, which was the first thing I noticed about him when he started driving for Lake County Schools. In fact, it was also the deciding factor in hiring him. Fred proved himself a passionate driver. Moreover, he portrayed a positive demeanor with all his students, but his elementary students really love to see "Mr. Fred" pull up each morning and afternoon. Since then, I have had a deep respect for him as I can trust in him completely. Congratulations Mr. Fred.

My brother is a hero! While battling cancer, he managed to cater to the autistic community, drive for lake county schools, and encourage the community. Hero’s don’t wear capes anymore, hero’s are our loved ones, our friends, our community leaders. He has been a Life Changer for Lake County since 2013 when he first began making his dream a reality. His heart is open to everyone, his arms are open to everyone, and his smile is contagious. Thank you for recognizing my brother’s talent and efforts to change lives.
