LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Stephanie Smith was nominated by her colleague, Melissa Suddith.

Since becoming a part of Caledonia High School, Ms. Smith has made such a difference in the lives of students! Her main focus is on student success and happiness, and she strives to make students' lives better.

Ms. Smith is the TST (Tier and intervention) Director and keeps up with every middle and high school student who is at risk of failing. She is meticulous when it comes to ensuring every member of the staff does what they can to help students be successful. She is a breath of fresh air and energy! 

Ms. Smith is also a mother and a mentor to all. She is always professional and courteous, even when disagreeing with others. She maintains very high standards and expectations of all those around her, and her ethics are beyond reproach. 

"In essence, she is a great example of what good leadership should be. There is no one more committed to student success than Ms. Smith," Suddith said.
