Kaylin Rainbolt was nominated by her principal, Shannon Wilhite.
Mrs. Rainbolt is an outstanding teacher who is loved by all of her students. She is fairly new in her career, but she teaches as if she’s been doing this for a long time. She creates a structured, fun learning environment while also caring about each of her students. For example, one of her students dressed up in 80’s clothes because she thought the middle school had the same dress up days as elementary. This student was brand new to the school and was so embarrassed. Mrs. Rainbolt grabbed the student and said she wanted to be an 80’s twin with her. She found a big t shirt and threw her hair up in a side ponytail. Mrs. Rainbolt also leads the JR. Beta Club, which consists of more than 60 students school-wide.
"Kaylin is always so positive and adds so much to the campus family environment. I could go on and on," said Wilhite. "She is so deserving of this award!"
