Ms. Watkins has proven her dedication to changing the lives of her students and making sure they have exposure to 21st century skills and technology. She consistently betters herself by attending numerous professional development sessions to be a highly qualified teacher in her school.
Ms. Watkins is passionate about her students. She spends her own time planning and writing grants so her students have what they need for the classroom. She teaches STEM and exposes her students to career pathways they otherwise might not have had a chance to experience.
Her goal as a teacher is to make students feel welcome and comfortable. She has succeeded in this endeavor!
