Clint Duvo was nominated by an anonymous student.
Innovative. Compassionate. Respected. Visionary. Involved. These words describe the man who “Makes It Happen" every day, Mr. Duvo. He makes sure his students are smiling each day as they walk through the door of the school. He not only worries about the students, but he also cares about the staff and the parents of the students, and he treats them like his own family.
Mr. Duvo has a natural ability to make students and staff members comfortable while in school. He's outgoing and shares his energy with others so that every one can be better teammates on a daily basis. Every day, he greets the students with music to start the day with joy. On different occasions, he puts on customs, and he always has big smiles for the students.
Mr. Duvo creates many opportunities for academics, and he helps his staff with academic work when it is really needed. Most of the time, he'll join classes for observation, and he gets involved with the students and their lessons. He has always been very open to new ideas from the students, staff and students' parents. He often joins students and staff during sports.

As an educator, finding the right Principal is key to my growth both personally and professionally. Mr. Duvo is that principal. He sees our strengths and assists us in overcoming what weaknesses we do have. I have never worked for anyone who is more invested in not only fostering growth his student population but also his employees. I give him 11 stars out of 10!
I met Clint when he was a fitness instructor 15 years ago. He was precise, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and in a sea of many instructors, unforgettable. As I’ve watched him grow, expand and develop his career I am certain he continues to change lives on a daily basis. His energy, smile, dedication and determination are unparalleled and deserve reward as he tirelessly works on behalf of our precious resource... our children!

It is so exciting to hear that Clint had been nominated for Lifechanger of the Year! He is such a wonderful human and so deserving of such recognition. It is easy to see the positive impact he has on his student’s lives.
A quick story: This past fall, I was at a fair with Clint and his family. I was truly amazed and impressed at how many students saw him and ran over to enthusiastically say hello. It is times like those, on a Saturday night, when his students could have just as easily walked away and pretended like they didn’t see him that make you understand how admired and approachable Clint truly is.
His genuine kindness, positive attitude, creativity and open mindedness are among a few of the many traits Clint posses that make him such a great principal and leader.

Clint is a wonderful person and a good friend. He always talks about his school and students with joy and pride. He cares about his students! He concerns himself with their academics and their overall well being. Clint is very deserving of this honor!
After 10 years of teaching at various schools, I have never met a Principal like Mr. Duvo. I see him at least 5 times a day doing arrival, dismissal, lunch, etc. He is so involved with our school and in our community. He knows the name of every single student and has a wonderful relationship with all of his faculty and staff. It is such a blessing teaching in the supportive and enganging environment that Mr. Duvo has fostered. At our school, he changes lives every day.
Clint is the definition of a life changer! I have had the honor and pleasure of having him in my life as a dear friend for several years. Innovative, compassionate, respected, a visionary and involved everybody —these words describe the principal, SLAM -Palm Beach Mr Clint Duvo Every morning he is outside receiving students and parientes and are always looking to do something new so that students and families get involved with the School It's amazing how he know the names of each student and is always giving them words of encouragement and improvement I feel very satisfied and I don't worry because my children are in a safe environment.

Mr. Duvo is an anomaly when it comes to principals. I have taught at multiple schools, and he is the most caring and generous person I have ever had the pleasure of working for. He truly cares about each individual student’s welfare, and works hard every single day to ensure they are receiving the best education they could possibly be. The school is full of joyous faces who are happy to come to school/work every day. His management style causes his faculty to want to do the very best job they could possibly do, just for being such a kind and helpful person.
