"Starla's bright, shining smile greets me as I get buzzed into Starside every other Tuesday to meet my daughter for lunch," said Tyner. "Every time I call, her happy, friendly voice greets me on the phone, and my daughter is ready to be picked up. Starla helps with keeping kids safe. She is wonderful and deserves recognition for all the joy she brings to parents at Starside."
